Marine Control Services (MCS) is an independent privately owned Company, with limited status, based at Constantza, Romania on the West Coast of the Black Sea, ideally positioned to offer a fast response to client needs with a level of service unsurpassed in the area. Vessels and premises can be attended at a moment’s notice almost anywhere in the country, as well as in Bulgaria.
MCS surveyors and consultants are drawn from seagoing personnel, and shore trained surveyors, which enables the Company to operate with a high level of skill and experience on behalf of its clients.
MCS offers a comprehensive surveying and consultancy service to a wide range of clients including P&I Associations, Shipowners, Underwriters , Average Adjusters, Banks, Shipping Agents and Individual Clients. The company receives instruction from virtually every type of organisation connected with the operation of ships and goods.
With extensive experience in ship operation and marine consultancy/survey, we are in position to provide full technical assistance during loading and discharing of heavy lift cargo, project cargo and steel products in all Romanian and Bulgarian ports.
MCS services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and we can provide additional back-up no matter how large, or wherever, the appointment may be.
